Grades K - 3rd -- Don't forget the Reading Makes Cent$ Contest! Read just 5 of the 30 recommended books on economics for kids, complete the entry form, and send in by April 20th to have a chance to win 1 of 14 Virginia529 College Savings Accounts, with $529 to start! About a year ago, MES was one of the first elementary schools in the county to create an Engineering Lab, the Lions' D.E.N. We need some of the following supplies so the students can use their creativity and complete various projects and activities. There will be a box in the office to place supplies. Thank you for any donations you can make!

Save the Date! MES Spring Carnival -- Fri., Apr. 24th, 4 - 8 p.m.
The Library will again be collecting used books for the Used Book Sale at the carnival. You may turn in donated books -- both for kids and adults! -- to the library any time between now and the Carnival.
Got any used toner cartridges? Don't throw them away. The library can recycle them to buy needed supplies such as labels, glue sticks, tape, etc. Just send them into the library at any time!
